Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, stay or property details, message, language preference and consent. We also retain the minimum technical information needed to operate and protect the form.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, assess an owner enquiry, arrange a stay or relevant service, and communicate with you where you have asked us to do so. We do not sell personal information.
Booking and payments
Direct bookings are handled through Guesty Booking Engine. Payment details are tokenised by the relevant payment provider, such as Stripe or GuestyPay; the Quasi-Hotels website does not store card numbers.
Sharing and international transfers
We use carefully selected providers for hosting, booking operations and communications. They may process information in the UAE, the EEA or other countries where appropriate safeguards are used.
Retention and your choices
We keep information only for as long as necessary to handle the request, maintain the relationship or meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction, deletion or object to certain processing by contacting the relevant address above.
